What makes True To You SG grip socks different from regular grip socks?
True grip socks are designed with minimal bulk to keep your feet grounded and connected to the mat or apparatus. Made from a breathable, premium blend of siro-spun cotton, they provide better balance, enhanced sensory feedback, and a more controlled practice.
Our grippies also maintain their fit with just the right amount of stretch while gently contouring to your legs for a flattering look and feel.

How should I care for my grip socks?
Your Pilates grip socks are an essential part of your movement ritual, so a little care goes a long way. Always wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle (or hand wash), ideally in a mesh bag to protect the fabric and grips. Lay them flat to air dry. With the right care, your grip socks will stay supportive, comfortable, and studio-ready for every session 💖

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and our delivery partner (Ninja Van/Singapore Post).
For local shipping (within Singapore), delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. For shipments to Malaysia, please allow 8–10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard local shipping is available at a flat rate of $3.50.
Shipping to Malaysia is available at a flat rate of $12.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we currently ship within Singapore and Malaysia only. We can’t wait to bring TRUE to more places soon. Watch this space ♡
What is your return & exchange policy?
We’re committed to quality. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange any item with a confirmed defect. Just reach out to us at hello@truetoyou.sg with your name, order number, and details of the issue.
